Welcome to my site exploring my family history. The site focuses on the Mitchell side of my family but goes beyond that to include Bagnalls, Orrs, Ripleys, Morrises, Travelutes, Watsons, Joneses, and more. I’ve created this site as a way to communicate the information that I’ve gathered with those that are interested, but also to share the various family photos and mementoes that I’ve also come across with other family members. My hope is that everyone will be able to add more information, fill in gaps, correct mistakes, and add other photos that are out there. Please feel free to explore and enjoy!     Gerald & Maureen Mitchell

    Gerald and Maureen were my grandparents. Gerald and Maureen were married on April 16 1949 at Nanaimo, British Columbia when Gerald was 22 years old and Maureen was 18 years old. They had five sons over seven years (Dennis, Warren, Earle, Stephen, and Philip).
